At Royal Roots, we are committed to providing high-quality hair care products.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
All Royal Roots products are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
To be eligible for any claim regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the package without any cuts or edits.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review or replacement.
Royal Roots reserves the right to verify all claims before providing any resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
